A mere 100m meander will take you to the seashore, while a lovely family friendly swimming beach awaits just 250m away.

The lower level of this beach house can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is ideal for groups or families.

The front door leads into a open sitting and dining room area. The main lounge has a flat screen TV with DSTV and an inside fire place.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms have a double and two single beds respectively, and share a bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher.There is also a big box freezer.

The unit has WIFI throughout.

The backdoor from the kitchen leads to an enclosed backyard with an outside shower and barbecue/entertainment area.

Please note that the top level is on a few occasions a year occupied by the owners and/or their guests.The two units however, operate separately with minimal interaction between groups.

The braai (BBQ) is exclusively for the use of Sea’s The Day guests. The unit has an alarm system. There is an inverter and solar power system for power outage.
